Shipping & Returns

Every Lumina Drops box is hand-assembled in small batches, so shipping and returns work a little differently than a typical order. Here's what to expect:

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by destination.

UPDATE September 7, 2026: The Midnight Margarita Club is currently in production. Boxes will begin shipping shortly after the Club opens and will ship in the order purchases are received and each box is hand-finished before it leaves the Club. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way. Please note that boxes are being finished in small batches, so shipping times will vary depending on when your order is placed.

Order Limits

To keep each drop fair, orders are limited to 2 boxes per customer per drop.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each Lumina Drops release is created in limited quantities exclusively for its drop, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Minor variations between boxes are part of the handcrafted nature of each release.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@luminadrops.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help.
