Order information collected at checkout, including your name, shipping address, and email. Checkout is handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

To send occasional emails about upcoming drops, only if you've opted in.

To respond to questions and improve the site.

We don't sell your information. We share only what's necessary with the service providers who help us run Lumina Drops — namely Stripe for payment processing and our shipping carriers for delivery.

Lumina Drops uses minimal cookies, limited to what's required to operate the site. We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. To request a copy of your information, or ask that we delete it, contact us at hello@luminadrops.com.

Lumina Drops is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as Lumina Drops grows. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
